We were on the way to see whales 🐋 when our mazda broke down. Luckily we were very close to Charlevoix Mazda dealership. They were amaizing and quick. Absolute 5* service from Danny!! He arranged our loaner car, and we were back on the road in no time...or on the time to have great whale watching trip. We didn't miss it because of the Mazda service team. While we cruise they took our car in and fixed it. Danny was very proactive and communicated with us about everything. Just great experience! Thank you

My Mazda CX9 displayed some messages about malfunction on my front radar system. Out of concern, I decided to send it to Mazda Charlevoix since I was in the area. I was attended to by Jean Bernard who proceeded to explain to me why these malfunction messages appear. He also went to the car, got down to the floor to check on some fluid that had dripped from the car to make sure it was not a gas leak. He confirmed it was water due to condensation from the aircon.
So within 10 minutes, I was able to get on my way comforted by the knowledge that my car was ok.
I was just super impressed with the professionalism Jean exhibited. He was very friendly, and his willingness to address my concerns was really appreciated. Thanks, Jean.

J'ai été vraiment satisfait de la qualité du service offert. Je recherchais un CX5 2022 spécifiquement et j'ai fait plusieurs concessionnaire mais aucun n'a pu rivaliser avec eux. Autant la qualité des véhicules offerts que le service. Je suis venu de Québec pour acheter ma voiture ici, n'hésitez pas à faire la route. Demandez à faire affaire avec Wilfrid Herbreteau, vous aurez la paix d'esprit.
